The location was excellent. Walking distance to majority tourist attractions in Amsterdam city. Close to lots of food. Rooms are clean and tidy. Beds quite comfortable too.

The location was excellent. 20 minute walk to the square, train station 30mins. Good area, trams if required ran outside for easy links area the city. Reception staff were fabulous !

Funky communal lobby with tea and coffee facilities. It was in a residential area outside Amsterdam's main canal arcs, so quiet. Close to the gorgeous Vongels Park and 10 minute walk to Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum but equally easy to turn to the central touristy canal area. Nice receptionist who recommended a good Italian restaurant. We left our luggage there after check out, free of charge, so we had a good old stroll without them. Room very clean. Nice bedding. Tea and coffee though only 2 teabags and both herbal (ok by me but may disappoint tea drinkers).

Close proximity to the main center, bus and tram, everything one needs to organize oneself in the city. Super kind staff. Close to parks, so it's easy to go for a morning run. Relatively close to museums and event venues.

Staff were great dealt with all request and were really friendly. Air conditioning and showers where really good in rooms, comfortable and clean. Location was good a short walk to the square which had good bars and restaurants.

I was slightly worried before arriving at the hotel after reading the most recent reviews. But honestly the hotel was fine. It’s clean, tidy and is within walking distance to everything. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with directions, and allowed us to check one of our rooms in early as we were a big group and had lots of bags. The rest of us checked in after exploring a little bit of Amsterdam.

Nice hotel in a great location near the museums and Vondelpark. All the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good sized triple room. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby. Lidl and several AH stores within a few minutes walk. Very convenient for bus from airport to Leidseplein. Would stay again.
